Machine built to meet the standards of today’s high performance shops.
You can now resurface all popular cast iron, aluminium, diesel cylinder heads with steel pre-combustion chambers and blocks at full grinding speeds (without coolants) in a reduced processing times.
Head vertical and table horizontal movements operated by belt driven precision ball screw ensuring smooth operation and more constant speed even at slow feed.
Milling plate
The machine is supplied with a Ø 405 mm - 16'' milling plate, on which is assembled a tool holder compatible with Ø9.52 mm CBN or PCD cutting inserts.
CBN insert is dedicated to iron cast cutting whereas PCD insert is dedicated to machining cutting.
Depth gage
Device allowing to probe the surface prior to machining in order to ensure a correct flatness.
Control panels
Control panel allowing to operate the machine in three different modes:
- Manual for approach using joysticks
- Continuous for roughing passes
- Cycle for finishing pass.
Safety cover
Safety cover fitted with two sliding doors, protecting the user while using the machine.
